The program includes resistance, aerobic, balance, and flexibility exercises delivered through a mobile application for approximately 30 minutes per session, 5 days per week, for 4 weeks. Exercise adherence is assessed using application-recorded exercise logs. Physical performance, balance, body composition, and perceived usability are also evaluated.
